PEMF Supply Return Policy
PEMF Supply has a 30 day return policy. Any return or exchange request submitted after the 30 day period will not be accepted.
All returns are subject to a 12% return charge plus shipping both ways providing the product is returned in like new condition.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in be in the original packaging and in like new condition. Our PEMF Mats are shipped with a sealed plastic cover. If this cover is broken or removed from the mat, returns will not be accepted.
Please submit the purchase order number for the item you wish to return. No returns will be accepted without our confirmation and issuance of an RMA. “Return Merchandise Authorization”
Do not send returns to the manufacturer as they will not be returned or refunded. Upon approval of your return request, PEMF Supply may provide you with a prepaid return label and simple instructions to return your purchase.
Refunds:
After returns are delivered to PEMF Supply, our shipping department performs a series of tests and inspections to ensure that the item(s) returned are not damaged. An email notification will be sent to you to confirm that your return was received by PEMF Supply. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days. The return charge is 12% for all returned items. The shipping costs associated with your order will be deducted from the total to be refunded even if it was paid for by PEMF Supply. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
A refund may not be granted if:
- The plastic cover is removed from the mat or product.
- The returned product has obvious signs of use and/or abuse
- The product is returned in poor condition, is damaged or missing parts or components of the packaging materials.
Late or missing refunds:
Please keep in mind that it may take a few days for your bank to credit your account or for funds refunded to be available or accessible to you.

Demo items:
Demo or discounted items have the same return policy and warranty as regularly priced items.
Exchanges: (if applicable)
PEMF Supply will only replace items that are defective or damaged. We will not accept returns/exchanges for cosmetic issues not relating to the functionality of the product. Should you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@pemfsupply.com with a brief description of the the problem and pictures if possible. We will render our decision within 1 business day (in most cases) and issue you a prepaid return label.
Shipping:
To return your product, print the prepaid label and follow the simple return instructions provided, or, ship the item back and provide us with the tracking information.
If you get your own shipping service to return a product, you must use a trackable shipping service. We recommend shipping insurance and/or signature required for items over $1,000.00.
PEMF Supply is not responsible for delays in shipping related to carrier disruptions and or natural disasters.
Red Light Bed Return Policy
PEMF Supply LLC is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction. To ensure our customers have a positive experience, we offer a 30-day return policy on our red light beds. Please carefully review the terms and conditions outlined below before purchasing or initiating a return.
Return Period: The 30-day return window begins on the date the bed is delivered and installed. For owner-installed beds, the return window commences on the date of delivery.
Return Charge: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all returned red light beds.
Authorization: All returns must be authorized by PEMF Supply LLC prior to being shipped back. To obtain authorization, please contact our customer service team.
Video Submission: Before shipping the bed back, customers must submit a video demonstrating the bed in operation to verify its condition.
Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable, including charges for the initial delivery and return shipment. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
White Glove Delivery and Installation: If the bed was delivered and installed using our white glove service, any associated fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipment Insurance: All return shipments must be insured for the full value of the bed to protect against any potential damage during transit.
Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned bed and confirm its condition, a refund will be issued within 7 business days. Refunds will be processed through ACH direct deposit.
